If the listing block is empty on a page, it simply means we have no Google data cached for that location — we would rather show nothing than invent something.

Pennsylvania's Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act requires most contractors performing more than $5,000 of home improvement work per year to register with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. Registered contractors receive a PA Home Improvement Contractor number, must display it on contracts and advertising, and must carry at least $50,000 in liability insurance. Home improvement contracts over $500 must be in writing, and you generally have three business days to cancel one signed at your home.
Ask for the registration number and check it. Ask for a certificate of insurance sent directly by the insurer. Get a written line-item scope. And never accept an offer to waive, absorb or rebate your insurance deductible — that is insurance fraud in Pennsylvania and it exposes the homeowner as well as the contractor.
