This Privacy Policy explains how Keystone Storm Roof Network ("we", "us", "our"), operator of aandmrooftop.com, collects, uses, discloses and retains information about visitors and people who submit a request through this website (the "Site").
Who we are. Keystone Storm Roof Network is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a roofing contractor, insurer, public adjuster or law firm. We connect property owners with independent local contractors. This Site is not affiliated with, and is not a continuation of, any business that may previously have used this domain name.
Information you give us. When you submit a request form we collect the information you enter: your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, the city or area associated with the page you were on, the service you selected, your stated urgency, any description of the job you write, and the fact and time of your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. We record the page and URL you submitted from, whether you were on a mobile or desktop device, your browser user-agent string, and any marketing campaign parameters present in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid). Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, driver's licence number, bank account or payment card details, insurance policy number, or any health information. Never enter that kind of information into a form on this Site.
Children. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
With contractors. This is the core purpose of the Site. When you submit a request, we share the information in it with one or more independent contractors or contractor networks that serve your area. Once shared, those contractors are independent controllers of that information and handle it under their own privacy practices. We do not control what they do with it.
With service providers. We use third parties for hosting, database storage, form delivery, email, telephony and analytics. They process information on our behalf.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena or court order, or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
Business transfer. If the Site or our business is sold, merged or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your information for money. However, because we transmit request information to contractors who pay us for referrals, some state privacy laws β including California's β may treat that as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. Section 7 explains how to opt out.
When you tick the consent box and submit a request, you expressly agree that Keystone Storm Roof Network and its partner contractors may contact you at the telephone number you provided β including by automatic telephone dialling system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message β about your request, even if that number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to agree to automated calls or texts in order to obtain roofing services. You may always call us instead at (800) 555-0186.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your request.
You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means, and we will honour it promptly:
Revoking consent with us stops further contact from us. Contractors who already received your request are separate businesses; you may need to make the same request to them directly, and we will tell you who received your information if you ask.
Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We may still send you transactional messages about a request you submitted.
The Site is built to be light on tracking. We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising on this Site. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and form submissions, and our hosting provider keeps server logs. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and send a Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing.
If you are a California resident you have the right to:
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (the service requested); internet activity (pages viewed, referring campaign); geolocation at the level of city and ZIP code only; and inferences limited to the type of roofing work you appear to need. We do not collect biometric, financial account, precise geolocation, health, education or government identifier data.
To exercise a right, contact us using Section 9 and state which right you are exercising. We will verify your identity by matching the phone number and email address you submitted. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for proof of their authority. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where permitted.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: send us a request under Section 9 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". We will stop transmitting your information to contractors for referral purposes. Note that this necessarily means we can no longer match you with anyone.
Comprehensive state privacy laws also give residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island β among others, as more laws take effect β rights that are broadly similar: to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling. Several of these states also give you the right to appeal a refusal of your request; if we decline a request we will tell you how to appeal, and if the appeal is denied we will tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.
Nevada residents may submit a verified request not to have covered information sold. Pennsylvania does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute, but we extend the access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights described above to every visitor regardless of where they live β it is simpler and fairer than applying different rules to different people.
We keep request records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to demonstrate that consent was given, and then for as long as required by law β typically several years for TCPA consent records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests, revocations of consent, corrections and complaints can be made:
Please include the phone number and email address you submitted so that we can locate your record. We do not charge for handling a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Pages on this Site may show business information and reviews sourced from Google, and may link to contractor websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party site or service.
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
